The Shippon, a converted farm grain store, is now a cosy, traditional 2 bedroom cottage, sleeping 4. The cottage has an open plan kitchen/dinner and small living space. French doors open out onto your own small, fenced off patio, allowing you to enjoy the views overlooking the main garden.

The living room has a cozy log burner and underfloor heating throughout for those chilly Welsh evenings. The tiled floors keep the cottage evenly cool in the summer. In the living area there is a smart TV and free high speed WIFI.

There is a master bedroom downstairs and up the spiral stairs there is a spacious room with a double bed and an extra single day bed (not suitable for young children due to the stairs).

The bathroom downstairs hosts a modern 3 piece suite with a shower.

The small, well-equipped kitchen has a fridge freezer, gas oven & hob, along with all the usual essentials to prepare a tasty dinner.

Booking Information

The cottages are available from 4:00pm on the afternoon of arrival and the check-out time on the day of departure is 11:00am. A text message with your arrival time is required and for gate access code to be given.

Well behaved dogs (per cottage) are welcome. If you are bringing your dog(s) with you please add £20 per dog to the prices below. Dogs must be on leads at all times due to the presence of farm livestock.

A bag of logs is provied for your log burner. Additional logs or bags of coal can be purchased if required. This is not essential as the cottages all have underfloor heating.
